ICT Service Desk

The ICT Service Desk accepts all IT related questions, requests for service or incidents for all computer related Hardware and Software within the Division.

Service is currently provided for:

  • All Staff and Students
  • All Desktop and Laptop computers that are owned by the Division
  • All Mobile Labs in the Division
  • All mobile devices owned by the Division (Cell phone and Smartphones)
  • All Tablets owned by the Division
  • All Software related questions/issues
  • All Computer moves within the Division
  • All requests for new computer hardware or software
  • All Account related questions/issues
  • All PowerSchool related questions/concerns

Although for some issues you may be directed back to the software vendor for resolution, you are welcome to engage the Service Desk for advice.
